The Truthful Liar

Well I was pondering before going to sleep... and this is what got me up :D
I understand that there will be (for sure) "Character Differences" meaning height, size etc... again, similar to Q3.
BUT:
In Q3 for instance Tank Jr. has more health/armour yet he is less agile and moves slower will that be also the same case for JK2?
Another Point (to clarify):
I heard some 'rumors' about 'undersized' (or oversized) characters would have differences in the game, meaning to carry on special attributes. (For instance... wouldn't it be harder to hit a 2-3 ft character?)
According to their size/attributes, would there be different ways to handle characters? Making the game more complex and challenging for the player to remember how to take on each and every opponent that enters the game, producing excitement at every step?
It would be Very Cool/fun. At the same time Very Hard/difficult.
So basically I am asking: will this factor be availiable (implemented) in JK2?
I am hoping that there will be as I mentioned, differences from character to character creating gameplay a more rich and enlivening experience  then again, that's me hoping for the best :(
*watches everyone walking away sighing*
- It was worth a shot :( -
