190 Hours to go till Jedi Outcast

Hey if you look at it liek that!!! There's not that long till jedi outcast, that is assuming i get it at12:15 GMT on Thursday 28th :) Who knows, i could even get it at about 9:00am!!! So maybe only 187 hours!!!! Does anyone know where i could get hold of a java countdown script? :c3po:

I like the optimism but i still think we'll have to wait till 10am GMT on friday 29th till it comes out. A timer would be nice though :)

I was told by gamepay TODAY that they were shipping it next wednesday to me, so i can get it thursday, i know it sounds far fetched but they explained that it is out here thursday form them because they are closed on good friday, try calling them on +44 (0) 8452010444 Then press 2 and when you get through ask when you would recieve Jedi outcast if you pre-ordered it today!!! :)

Ok. Ok. No need for Slaps. :) If they are sending it to you then it could arrive early but I don't think shops are allowed to sell it until the 29th regardless of when the get it in.

No, it isn't strange at all. The game is scheduled to ship out on the 27th. Most stores will get it on the 28th. The 29th is just Lucasarts/Raven playing it safe so people don't get pissed at them if it's a day late.

Seriously though, all these people saying they can't release it before the 29th: where does it actually say the game will only be available from the 29th onwards? As I recall, the trailer says "available everwhere from March 29th". As Zek said, I reckon it's just LEC covering themselves so that it actually gets to all stores on the 29th so nobody flames them if it isn't out earlier as planned.

Even if the 29th is an official release date, I reckon a lot of game stores in the UK will actually start selling it on the 28th due to the 29th being a bank holiday (shorter opening hours and so on). Actually, I'll be passing EB and GAME on my way to work in an hour. I think I'll stop by and ask then. If they aren't going to sell it until the 29th, I'll order from Gameplay coz I'm going back home from university on the 29th, and I probably won't have time to get it unless I wake up at the crack of dawn (yeah, like that's going to happen!).

Also, the thought that its so close is driving me insane, especially cause i HOPE i will get it on the 28th, but dont know for sure yet if my store will have it, they say they will but you never know with those types (argh!!!)

All I want right now is to be done with school this week. Once Thursday around 3:00pm hits I'll be happy. Then it'll be spring break time since I have no classes on Fridays (college is real nice sometimes). Unfortunately having no work to do or classes gives me a whole lot more time to fill while I wait for the game. Sigh.

Sorry about that Divine, didn't mean any offence!!
