I pre-ordered Jedi Knight II(Monday). Said "processing". Then, later that day(Monday), the status, it changed to "Open" or whatever. Now, I'm up 1:41AM on Wednesday, and it changed back to "processing". I'm confused, I have more than enough money. I dialed my 24 bank service, and noticed the exact drop in money ammount of my purchase......hmmmm...:confused:

I hope my product was shipped and not lost, or something else.

Anyone knows if processing means bad? :confused:

where did you preorder from? I ordered from EBgames.com. First it said "waiting for product" then it said "open" and now it says "processing." According to their FAQ, that may mean that it is being shipped or has been shipped already and they haven't been able to update the status because it may have come from a different warehouse.

I'm in the same situation, it either shipped today and they did not update their computers or it will ship tomorrow, relax, your fine.

Hey don't worry, I and someone else in a previous post both had our EBgames order status changed from 'open' to 'processing' again also. IMO all it means is that even though they might have already had the game in their warehouses for a day now they set the status to 'open' but then decided/were told to wait until tomorrow to ship as the 27th is the ship date on their site so they changed it back to 'processing' and sometime tomorrow it will change back to 'open' and then for the grand finale (hopefully) it will say the magic word: 'shipped.'

--or it could have already shipped best case scenario......

Actually, if you read their faq, it says it may have shipped today without their computers being updated so they can get the job done and get it shipped faster. Never know though, guess we'll see.

I ordered from EBgames.com

I look at my account balance and exactly $43.98 has been withdrawn between 5PM and Midnight I believe. That's the exact price of the receipt they gave me after my purchase.

I hope they don't screw up my order. Or I will have to use my force powers on the employees

Check your order status. I know of several people whose orders said shipped on monday. Mine went yesterday. I'm expecting mine today or tomorrow. Just find the status and try a track.

Here's something from the email you should get when ordering from EBgames.com:

As always, EBgames.com will not charge your credit card
until we ship your order.

So in other words, if your card has been charged then your game has probably been shipped. My guess is that they just haven't updated the statuses on their website yet.

I dont pay much attemtion to the messages at EBgames. A game order that I placed and received back in October still shows ""processing".
