Mines...Please Help

After boarding one of the flying ships, I get to the first door with the blue forcefield...I either get knocked off the flying truck or just bang against the blue forcefield...

Please help.

You need to get off before then... if you got onto the mine cart in the red radiation chamber, you should notice a hole in the rock as you ride the cart, jump to it.

Jump in to Mine after transporter turns right.
So far I no there is noway to get the the blue shield down in this level.
