My cpu good enough to run smoothly?

I'm using a 400 mhz, 64 mb ram, and a 32 mb ati 3d accelerator(cant remember name, maybe rage or something) comp. Changkhan, would the game beable to run smoothly on my comp with very low details?

With 400mhz? Probably not smoothly. But if you can deal with 30 minute loading times, then it will work.
