Ok i just got to the part where i have just picked up the blue lightsaber :)

now that i have the lightsaber in my hands, what do i do next & how do i do it thx..

In the room where you got your lightsaber are 4 huge rocks hanging from ropes. Use your lightsaber throw to cut em down.
