Has anyone noticed any bad lag on an IPX game?
Usally in a 2 player game (2 computer vs. 2 players) we get pretty bad lag. Particularly in big fights...(50 or more units)
Both computers are pretty high end... althon 900 and an althon 1.4.
The whole game slows to a few frames a second(gui stutters).
I was thinking if this is bad in a lan environment I would hate to see it online.
Anyone seen this? or can anyone provide the ideal lan situation to improve the preformance?
