For those of you arguing about whether its /(command) or \(command) in the console

Ok, for those fo you arguing about whether its /thedestroyer or \thedestroyer for console commands (any command) you should all know that either works. When you enter /thedestroyer in the console, it will show up as \thedestroyer and enable the cheat. When you enter \thedestroyer in the console, it will appear the some as well once you hit enter. Both of these work. Most people argue about this because they dont deactivate their lightsaber before they attempt THIS cheat, but either slash works. This is the same with all of them as long as you do everything right before the cheat or command.

Now I hope Ive helped put all the rumors to rest. Now stop saying "no this is how you do it", because either way works.

Yes you are right, basicaly I think it just any slash since if you just typed thedestroyer it would come up as a say command. Q3a engine when you are in the disconnected state(not in a game) commands will work without slashes of any kind, but while in the game anything typed in without a slash comes up as a say command.

yah, i noticed that too, i just put a slash in eithe rway. Just got tired of everyone saying "no your wrong..blablabla".
