View Full Version : Laser Trap art bug

In 1st person view, it's the size of your hand. In 3rd person view, it's 3x bigger.

When deployed, it's the latter size, so 1st person view should be adjusted.

one time, i set one, and instead of a tripmine, it looked like a saber... Hehehe

it would have been cooler if the rays were coming out of the tip though...

Wow, I'm almost through with the game and I've never even used a detonator or trip mine.

That's because Trip Mines are completely useless in single player. MP, however, is a different story....

Ahhh .... what about detonators? I'm not even sure how they work, I saw them in the manual but I've never used one of those either. Any good for MP?

You bet they are. If an enemy has 100 heath and he is standing on a det.....BAABBOOOOMMM.......NOW HES AN ASTRONAUT!!!!!

The best use for the detonator packs and the tripmines are against Bots.

on Nar Shadda Streets in a Jedi Master Game, place a few det charges near the saber.

"Stormtrooper has become the Jedi Master"
"Stormtrooper was killed by Chiablo"

Actually there was one instance in Artus_mine that I used them to great effect against Stormtroopers that were hiding.

Same here. Once I got a hold of them they proved very useful rather than just alt+firing everything that was in sight. (Although I prefer the detonators.)

Also, I used my trusty bryar a lot because of its accuracy, and the one-shot-kill alt-fire of it.

It all just makes the SP expirience that much better...

Another shameless bump!

The laser traps are amazing when used against bots. It's as if they don't even notice them or something. :D
