dodging sniper fire in SP

i was just playing thru the sp again on jedi master mode and during the bespin level Kyle dodged a couple of sniper shots.

i never saw this before
it made the force speed sound and he twisted around the shot pretty cool.

does anyone now how it works?
i.e do you have to have a particular force level or what?

It's totally random. Seems like it's from force speed, though if you have lvl 3 seeing in MP you get to do this too.

go anywhere in the single player game. turn on Notarget
Spawn a reborn
pull out the sniper rifle.
Try to hit him... play that in slow motion and we got Matrix =P
