dismemberment not working

I can't get the dismemberment to work! First I type HelpUsObi 1 in the console, after that g_saberrealisticcombat 1 or 3. Do I need a patch or am I just too dumb to get this stuf working?

Open the console. Shift ~

Type

HelpUsObi 1

then type

g_saberRealisticCombat 1 (despite what everyone says, I see NO difference between 1, 3 or 287342)

then type

g_dismemberment 3 (for all dismemberment, 2 for just arms and legs, 1 for just arms).

That should work.
