Lightsaber trouble

I'm a beginner at this game, so I don't understand the game all that much yet. My lightsaber, I just got it, and all I can do with it is throw it. If I press the primary attack button (left mouse button) it either deactivates or activates it.

change your setup. Mke attack 1 mouse 1. I had to do the same thing
