Turning off cinematics

I'm trying to pass the game again at the highest difficulty level with cheats on (setforceall 5). However, the game freezes when I get to some cinematics. Right now, I can't seem to get pass the cinematic right before the first reborn appears. I was wondering if there was a way to turn cinematics off completely. If there is another way around this crashing I would appreciate it if somebody would share that with me as well. Thanx.

I dont know if they can be turned off completely but you can skip them by hitting the use key. Not sure if this will stop the crashing but it is worth a try.

I've tried that already. After pressing the use key, I see the ". . ." on the top left of my screen, but everything freezes at that point. Anymore suggestions?
