enyak mutilate?

Can someone plz help me out here?
I have the Enyak Mutliate mod (the one that cuts the limbs off)
When I start my own server it doesnt work!?
I have extracted it inot my gamedata>base folder however im now at a loss why it wont work?
Any help would be appertiative :) :(

that mod is only for single player
there are console commands for the MP dismemberment:

Dismemberment in MP
For g_dismember, any number up to 3000 is okay.
Host enters:
g_dismember 100
cg_dismember 1
Clients enter:
cg_dismember 1
