Health And Saber Power Displays

Hey Everyone,

This is probably a stupid question but here goes. I noticed the other day that my health and force power displays(the circular meter areas on the bottom left and right of the screen) have a horizontal line that continusly goes through them from the bottom up to the top and repeats. I think its for effect...like power going through them, but Im curious as to if thats what it is?? Thanks so much for help with this.

Yeah, it's just for effect. It's called 'scan lines,' like when you see a TV or computer monitor in an older movie -- the movie filmed at a different fps than the screen is refreshed at, so you see lines pass through from time to time, like when you watch a car's wheels at just the right speed they seem to stand still or go backwards....
