Heavy Stance special move help

[Ready Wan]

I've been working on this move for a while now, but cant seem to get it to work every time...but rather 60% of the time or so.

Has anyone got any tips for me? I begin by hitting the attack button, as the saber swings (perhaps a second to a second and half into the swing) I hold forward and tap jump.

it works sometimes, but not all the time. I am missing something I think.

If using the normal forward attack to start it, press JUMP when your character's hands come together on the saber.

When using the horizontal swing jump when his hands go in front of his body, out of view.

I've only been using the primary attack button on it's own, and as the swing goes into effect, I press the forward and jump keys...

I guess this is a type of combo, depending on how you start the swing
