View Full Version : Artus Mine Topside - Out of Ammo

Beginning of the Topside level, I've tried using the cannon on the AT-ST below and the stormtroopers, but the cannon always runs out of ammunition before the upper AT-ST comes out. Tried knocking off the stormtroopers with the bowcaster before resorting to the cannon, too - no dice.
I'm using the second highest difficulty level. Anyone else run into this problem and if so, how'd you solve it?

this can be challenge playing at jedi knight & jedi master. The 'running out of ammo' msg is a bit misleading, you don't have a set ammo amount, it rather depends on how often you get hit while using the cannon. in other words, if you can take out the badies fast (without geting hit a lot yourself) while using the cannon you can fire as often as you like without getting low on ammo.

The gauge that appears when you use the cannon isn't the available ammo, but the "hit points" of the cannon if you will. If that goes to zero the cannon is useless (and you're screwed ;) )

Thanks for the tip, both of you. I had wondered about that guage, but figured the "out of ammo" message meant it was something else. Much gratitude.
