I downloaded the level and played through it, not too bad. But is Tavion supposed to be the surprise at the end?

The level is cool, but try playing it with forcelevel 9! :D. It's much more fun :evil1:

I use level 10 all the time and it works fine for me.

Anything above 5 has no further effect (AFIK), though I hear setting it to ridiculous levels can crash the game.

You guys are saying that we can go higher than 3?? How?? Ive tried 5, 10, 15, and even 20 to just get the same 3 effects.

You get two new stances, a new red stance(Desann's) and a new blue stance(Tavion's).
