Stuck in elevator that takes you nowhere

Im on the level thats where you are supposed to try to find the doomgiver i think, and im at a part where there is a broken elevator place that you can go in, and then break through a vent and go into another elevator shaft where an elevator is going up and down. I cant find where to go from there. None of the doors will open or anything else. Please HELP:jawa

Get on top of the elevator and there should be a passage in the back wall that will take you to another elevator shaft. Hope that helps.
