theme parks?

theme parks are apparently going to be a big part of the game and will contain some of the cooler missions. what i want is just a quick run down of some of the theme parks (a list that is). MikeC im guessin youll be the one to help me out here, and i dont want any (even the obvious ones) to be omitted.

Missions? Ah man, I wanted to ride some roller coasters. :(

I don't remember very many of them (heck the Devs haven't given us many exaples yet). Off the top of my head Jabba's palace and Mos Eisley on Tatooine.
