Ive just bought outcast and Im having a few problems that I hoped someone might be able to help me with. I have the following system:

Dual Pentium III 700MHz
MSI GeForce 4 MX-440
Quantum Fireball 7200RPM 40GB disk
256MB Ram
XP Pro
Soundblaster Awe64

Im also running patch 1.03

1. The game frequently (like 80% of the time) crashes on loads. Once crashed, the computer is just hung and has to be rebooted. Once a game has loaded successfully, I can happily play with no problems and reload save points fine, but changing level will usually cause it to crash.

2. My mouse buttons don't work quite right. I have tried to set my 4th mouse button to use force power, but pressing it does primary attack and activated the light amplification goggles instead, except in multiplayer mode where it works fine.

These couple of things are quite annoying, particularly since I have paid 30 for this game annd cant get it to run 80% of the time so if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I remembered another problem too, I was trying to jump into a small area, so jump them crouch. My jump is mouse3 and crouch is shift. I tried it and failed, but most of the time I did it I found that the crouch button had suddenly turned into a jump button and remained so intil I actually pressed jump, then it reverted back to crouch again!
