I don't really care. As long as I get my PC version I'm happy.

I dont really care, i dont intend to play this game on a console anyway.
Besides, the console players will play on different servers ( since it's another game ) then the pc'ers.
Only gamecubers with gamecubers, ps2'ers with ps2'ers, and x-boxers with x-boxers.

I have no idea, since not all consoles seems to have keyboards, and I can't imagine how you are to communicate with your friends and such if you don't have a keyboard...
It would be combat only or something. Scary thought!

Stop this....
Just the thought of those poor folks playing on a 56K gives me nightmares.

Well in Phantasy Star Online the Y button brings up a keyboard on the screen for those that don't own one, but you have to seclect the letters. That way takes to long thought. My computer has 56k what do I need to change to boost it?

PS2 has USB ports for connecting USB pheripals, including keyboards.
Xbox has the voice communicator.
Problem solved.

don't forget about the inability to patch. GCN doesn't even have anything to store information cards except for tiny memory cards.
Sounds Risky

The Xbox version can be patched. I also think once the system goes online you will be able to buy a keyboard for it, like the Dreamcast.

Eh, having to spend all day listening to whining young teen males? No thank you. At least when they type, I can try to imagine that the 2.20 meter tall Wookie warrior has entered puberty! ;)
So no, the problem is NOT solved.
