Need technical help

[Darth Wart]

When I click on "Play the Phantom Menace," there's that screen with obi and Qui-Gon, and the little video box up there.

At that point, the game freezes. I mean, REALLY freezes (for hours).

Any ideas?

Hmmmm...let me know your computer specs and video card type, and we'll try figuring it out.

If you get a chance, make sure that if you're running DirectX 7, go to www.lucasarts.com (http://www.lucasarts.com) and download the patch to fix the launcher hardware configuration problem. I doubt if it will fix your problem, but might as well give it a shot.
