Looking for info on config files

I'm looking for info on what all the variables are in the config file. I looked for a post on this but couldnt' find one. Is there info on any websites??
Also looking for help on bind commands - what you can bind, such as movements, etc....

what about commands like thedestroyer and cg_dismember? Are those specific to JK and are they listed somewhere?
