Clone Wars Mace Windu Help

Hi
Im playing the clone wars with the Mace Windu campaign and I am stuck at the second level.

I have wipped out all my enemies but I cant seem to capture that bad guy im supposed to get (I forget his name)

Can anyone help as to where he is ...
ive searched everywhere

all you have to do is bring your 2 jedi to the large building, i forget the name (Citadel or convastel) or something like that.
