Expanded Universe questions, were movies made

that picture is from JK I. it used live action cutscenes instead of CGI.

yeah the cinematography for video games is notoriously bad.

It kinda looked like something that me and my Drama group made. But then again, filming the cutscenes for Jk1 was bloody expensive.

Meh...I was dissapointed when MotS didn't have it, so I guess that used up all of my...dissapointment points or something, by the time JK2 rolled around cutscenes were just in game--it was the norm. It wasn't a suprise, or something for me to be dissapointed about :)

Kyle Kartan and Jerek (his picture was in Behind the Magic) come from the JK1 video game.

Mara Jade, Juri, Prince Xizor and Corran Horn come from the trading card game and certain convention shootings.

I liked the cutscenes in JK1 even though the resolution was pretty poor. The Nar Shardaa scene was much better than the pan around in the SP of JK2 - just didn't have the right cinematic look from before!
