Kinja, in the MODELING forum, is working on yoda, although its quite likely it will never come out.

Absath is a damn good skinner and he knows what he's talking about which is a lot more than I can say about a lot of other people including me. The model is the frame or the mould in which the skin is placed on. Model is the shape and skin is the appearance, image or detail that gives the model identity. You can't blame a serious shinner for your ignorance. I just thought I should point that out, Ranking_skin. Besides, it's not very pleasant making a moutain out of a mole-hill because he's trying to convey a valid opinion. You have your right to convey your own opinion but do it in the service of preserving dignity. Even if Absath came on a little strong, at least he didn't label anyone. One more thing, Absath has a life like all the rest of us here. Just because his is not like yours doesn't mean that he's anymore alive or dead than you are. That's all I have to say for now. May the force bring balance to all of us....

Well, it's not that hard to distinguish between a model and a skin.

Absath did call you a "newbie" which puts him in the wrong as well. But, you started it Ranking_skin. Just thought I'd clear that up. Let's at least try to keep this forum more constructive than destructive and have more appreciation than resentment. Can't we all just get along?

Kinja had finished modelling yoda long ago, and Arco finished skinning him a while ago also. It is now up to sithlordii to try to port him into the game..which are obviously giving him lot's of troubles due to the size of yoda..
