Hey i dont know if it would work as the idea is pretty complex but here goes:
The idea is based around the Geonisian Arena. The siths start around the back of the arena (where Padme and Anakin make their love pladge) or somewhere out of the way. The Jedi start on a clone trooper transport. The transport flies automatically along a preset route round and around forever. The sith's aim is to shoot down the transport with 5 or so rockets (the transport is slow enough to hit) but the rocket launcher is quite close to where the transport makes its runs. The jedi aim to protect their transport (so they dont lose) but to win the game they have to rescue the threee hostages - padme obi wan and anakin from those post things. Its kinda like counterstrike in concept. There are timed rounds and if nobody achieves theor goal then the sith win (cos the hostages get owned by the big mosters - see it all makes sense in the end!). This is all very complicated in game physics and triggers and whatnot but the level size could be kept pretty small.
I dont know if the task is worth attempting or if it would just suck. Another contemplation i had was if you inserted battle droids and clones in infinite respawn quantities to rush from both sides of the map, leaving the jedi/siths to work their way through to each other. I think thats all, i have no real experience in mod making, let alone tcs, the last map i made was for quake 1 so a task of this magnitude is quite beyond me! So if any of you leet mod making pros want to give it a shot, be my guest.
