does anyone know how to make doors open and close by themselfs?
i am at the end of makign a duel of the fates map but i dont know how to make my forcefields open and close by themselfs : /
any help is appreciated.
Oh yeah, i dont want the player to be able to open or close the doors. They need to function by themselfs

yup, but the doors just stay shut for me :/

Wait, so you used a func_timer targetted to a func_multiple targetted to a func_door and it didn't work?

i only did a func_timer to a func_door

didnt find a func_multiple, but i think you meant trigger_multiple.
I did that, but then the doors only open if the person runs through the trigger.
I want the doors to always be opening and closing by themselves, not when a person happens to get near them.
Just for the record, is this for MP or SP map? (I know duel of fates suggests MP but you never know)

well, just put the trigger somewhere where it will be impossible for a person to walk through it. Like way up in the sky or way below ground or something or even inside a wall.

Simply use trigger_always.
