What do you use? I need some help!

I want to make models, maps, custom lightsaber hilts, etc for JKII. I just need to know all the tools/programs that are used and needed. Free ones I can download, point me in that direction. Everything I'll need from making, zipping, etc...everything.

I've never done custom work on a game before, so answers for the above would be greatly appreciated.

Does JKII come with editing tools? I dunnot see them...Anything else? I'm looking for every program/tool it takes...Thanks for the help.
