you can't, unless you want to go back and edit all of your posts, like lightbulba does.

You go to profile up at the top of the screen. Next to it read UBB code. It will tell you how. Next find a site with a good picture. www.geocities.com/sacred_song/ (http://www.geocities.com/sacred_song/) and www.starwars.com (http://www.starwars.com) have good pictures.
