View Full Version : Problem: Right Click but no entities.

I started working through the tutorial, but the problem im having is that JK2radient is only panning my 2d view when i right clikc insted of bringing up the entities menu. I have verified that all paths are correct.

make sure that you're right clicking on the grid, not on the 3d window or anywhere else for that matter.

I am. With a right click it allows me to pan the surface around. That is all.

Well don't hold down the button and don't move your mouse at all. Keep the mouse still and simply click and release the button, don't hold it down.

It's not click and drag, it's just click.

That doesnt work either. First thing I tried. Additionally usign "L" to bring up entities list as stated in the command list does nothing.

alright, here's the last thing I can think of, go to Edit>Preferences and then make sure you have the tick box ticked for "Right click to drop entities". You may have to restart radiant for this to take effect.

Ahh, why is that smiley there, I didnt' type in a smiley, click on quote to see for yourself, what's going on.

Did that too. Testing a theory. I have a german install so the files are normally installed to "Programme" instead of "Program Files" reinstalling now. if this dont wor then I am stumped.

Unfortunately that didnt do the job either.

Id JKIIradient not compatible with windows 2000 ?
