If you can export into a .md3 and UVWmap in it, it should work.

hehe md3 is file format for jedi knight models, UVWunwrap makes a 2d image of the modle that you can paint on to skin it. if you dont know these things, then i would suggest lookin around for some tutorials before u jump into this :)

So actually all you do to skin a model is draw on a 2D workspace? So if you are artistik, you should have no trouble right?
