Point is that i have downloaded lots of skins
and models and ... which include bots who
doesn't have proper force settings

Like for example ep2obi (from ep2 skin pack)
have saber defence and offence at 9 (which
is same as it would be at 0) and thats not
all it also had force rank 0....

I agree. The original Obi Wan (ep2) bot that I got refused to use a lightsaber. I edited it myself, and made him rarely use any other weapon and he used abosrb and protect a lot.
