Give this (http://freshmeat.net/projects/clanadmin/?topic_id=92%2C96%2C897%2C243) a try. If your webserver supports Perl & SSI I think youll like it. You'll still need a guy to do the visual design, but this could serve as a backend.

I have a college qualification in web design, i can write html in notpad or dreamweaver whatever u prefer, unfortunatly i cant do asp/cgi yet, ive just bought a book on it tho, and also have a domain name,
(laserblue.co.uk unfortunatly ive only been bothered to do two pages :D)
id love to do a clan site, which clan is it?
