i was wondering if this story takes place around the time of the sith war do the NPCs or anything make any reference to Ulic Qel-Droma or Exar Kun or someone like that? it would be interesting what do you guys think, or know

I think yes...

Bioware's D&D games always included references to each other, famous characters, and even some cameos...

According to what I read on the XBOX site, the game takes place just after the Sith War and both the Light and Dark sides are recovering from the war. Characters in the game include Exar Kun and Nomi Sunrider, among others.:D

nomi Sunrider was a legendary female Jedi of the Old Republic. She was featured quite prominently in the Sith War comic series by Dark Horse. You can read more about her here:

well, I don't see how it should hurt, but maybe I am just a hopelessly addicted fanboy...:)

Do you think there will be a reference to Ulic Qel-Droma if his mentor Exar Kun is going to be there? I also wonder if we'll see Exar Kun's :dsaber:

Does anyone know if KOTOR will come out for the GameCube system? My computer doesn't have the right 3d accelerator card, so I can't get KOTOR for my pc. :(

At this point, KOTOR is only slated for XBOX and PC. Anything is possible, though.:D

I rather don't think so...

LucasArts split their line-up clearly between xbox/pc and ps2/gc games...

I don't see anything bad about it. Except with JK2 people that pre-ordered it hadn't got the game yet when some of us just walked to the store and bought it. If that doesn't bother you then go for it(too late).

it should be cool cause the literature around then is sparce ( cept for the dark horse comics ) so bioware can a few liberties with what they do...

Com Raven

Looking at their other games, I am pretty sure they will use that liberty for some sool stuff...

IMHO, I hope it stays exclusive to the Xbox and Pc as this are probably the only platforms capable of running, and having it on the GameCube is kind of degraded.

U guys R right, I always get a kick out of the old starwars games. Even the classics like SW Episode2 the Phantom Menace. That game its-self is like an RPG, you should try it, I rate it 3 of 5.

I tried it, and didn't like it that much, the control scheme is wierd and changing it doesn't really help much. maybe 1 out of 5
