I picked Mace because Samuael L Jackson is one bad mother...shut your mouth. But I talking about Shaft. Then I can dig it.

Plus he rocks with a light saber. :saberb:

Yoda will most likely win this of course. I voted for Obi-Wan.

i just cant really take yoda seriously, sure hes a great jedi master but i cant help thinking that when they made him they wanted to sell doll to little kiddies. my kitten is more ferocious. anyway i voted for obi wan because the rest werent as great actors,

I liked Mace, but he didnt have alot of screen time. He kicked ass the little bit he got though:)

Yoda was good as well, but the diagnostic is the same as with mace.

I voted for Obi-Wan. He was the most active and the most interesting I think. His charecter in ep.2 grew on me more than the others.

I really liked what we've seen of Mace Windu, though he hasn't had much screen time, I'd really like to see his character take a greater role in ep III

I voted for Dooku, because Christopher Lee is the only person who can really act in that movie. Everyone else (The worst offenders were Hayden Christiansen and Sam Jackson) played the lines out wrong. When he said them, they sounded right.

I voted for Padme... because of the leather corset, you understand :D

In the storyline side, he's the character with the most depth. A former Jedi, head of the separatist movement, with full knowledge of what he's doing, without being one-sided. He offers Obi-Wan a break. He took on Obi-Wan and Anakin, no problem. He fought Yoda to a standstill (although Yoda would've likely have won out of sheer "jump like a frog" ability). You want plot? Dooku is plot times TEN compared to all the other one-dimensional characters in Ep2.

In the reality side, Christopher Lee can act. :)

I agree that Christopher Lee is excellent.

However, I think Ian McDiarmid's performance as Sidious/Palpatine (I think everyone saw this coming) is also great, considering the limited screen time he has. I mean, for those who are new to Star Wars and don't know that Palpatine becomes Emperor, they think he's an honest, hard-working politician who cares about the people. That's what the common citizen in the SW universe believes. But to all of us who know he's bad to the bone, we can hear the hypocrisy and the lies that are searing through his teeth. So, McDiarmid kind of does two roles at the same time.
Can't really say about him as Sidious under the hood, you anyone can do that role. His tone of voice (in episode I) is pretty menacing and serious.

I fail to see why everyone likes Mace Windu so much. Sure, he played as Shaft. But, uh, he isn't very much of an important character. And I think his acting wasn't too great, either. Most of the lines are forced. Natalie Portman is the worst, as far as acting goes, I think. Everything sounds like she just read off the script monotonously.
