How can me and my friend who are doing LAN play right now, enable the realistic saber cutting? full dismemberment?

I couldn't find anything about enabling cheats on the server... only thing I saw was "pure server" I tried unchecking that but...

I'm kinda lost

Any help?

I put cg_dismember 100 into the console and now in any server when i kill someone or killed my self I see realistic saber cutting.

Didn't seem to work

Is there anything like, cheats being enabled, or you need the patch or anything for it to work? because we are using freshly installed JK2, no patch... and cheats are not enabled or anything.
