if it's not one thing it's another. now when i compile, i get nothing but a HOM effect W T F!!!! no leaks everything is caulked, oh hell i'm going off in a corner to cry.

ok when you say everything is caulked, even the faces the player will see? cuz caulk is a see-thru texture

Retexture everything and remove the caulk. Caulk is not needed on unseen surfaces, with the exception of behind patches and on detail brushes. Sof2map automatically culls unseen surfaces in the BSP process, so caulking everything you don't see is a waste of your time. Use r_showtris 1 when you are done with your map to make sure there aren't any unseen triangles which are drawn. If there are, caulk those.

yah only the outside is caulked. it was the models of ties that were making HOM. that and i can't save bsp. oh hell F*** this S*** i am so sick and tired of problems problems problems. i'm just going to play maps from now on.
