Does anyone know how to make a mod to where if you kill someone, it taunts them?

There is a program that will allow you to do this called KillTracker. You can find it on Jediknightii.net

I alread have it. I used it with bots and it did nothing. Does it work with bots?

nope it won't work with bots but you can go and change the bot personallity so they taunt when something happens
