Thanks, as soon as I get the ears kinda done, i'll send the rough model for the head, by the way, this is my first model and I'm kinda learning as I go so, please don't laugh at it. Help would be nice though, like suggestions.

Thanks Matt, those pics really helped, I coud see that is chest was thin and then he got fat.

I think you're using way too many polys. Try and find a box modelling tutorial and start it over.

Um, excuse my being a newbie modeler and stuff, but, what do you mean, too many polys? Are the shapes to complex?

Yes. Go look up some tutorials here (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=65669), I was able to find one that helped me a lot.

i bought the esential guide 2 characters a couple of weeks ago and read about crumb, i recomend the book 2 all
