basicly nothing... :D I have learned to focus 110% on the game... :D food is a distration that usually costs me... Everyonce and a greatwhile ill have reheated pizza and play a game... but I must have 110% attention... and I always come out ontop... :D

I only eat something when I find out I'm in a long gaming session - and that's when I remember to take a break. Too often in the past I've started playing a game at 6 in the evening, and only looked up when I hear the clink of milk-bottles at 6 in the morning. I've done that a few times on these forums as well. ;)

I remember beating ST: Elite Force in a 10 hour straight session.

I wouldn't say 'go without'...if you've been gaming for a while, take a break and go get some fluids in you if nothing else. If I want a quick snack, I have a bowl of cornflakes or something. :)
