I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the command is del not delete. (I have been thinking that everytime I see it.) But either way, it works just fine for me and I sure that everyone else gets it too, sorry to be picky. Dont change it on my account.

yeah. I tried to crop it with paint shop pro and irfanview but it doesn't want to start moving after I do:( . so i come seeking help.

good point ... i always used del but assumed it was short for delete and delete would work just as well

oh well .... its been a long time since i used dos

It's a program called GIF Construction Set Prof. You extract the individual gifs, resize them using whateva program you have, I used Psp, redo the animation using the new gifs!

Its because this is a temp server, you are gonna have to wait till they get the regular server back up.
