How do I add My Custom Avatar?

-Hey guys, I got another question for u all! I've found some reall cool pictures that I'd like to use as my avatar. They are all under 70x70 pixels so thats ok.Everytime I try and load one in it says that i have in invalid url address or that there is an error. :confused:
So, could u help me out on this one. What is the exact procedure u need to go through to input ur own avatar?

Click on your user cp button on the top, it brings you to your profile, I forget which tab allows you to change your avatar, just click on all of em
