View Full Version : "Not a one to one correspondence between UV Map and vertices"

Does anyone have any idea what this means? Ever since I tried exporting my models in gmax I keep getting this error. i even try resetting the UVW map just so I can export it. I just still end up getting this error. Can anyone lend a hand?

in md3 it meant the object's uvw map had verts not on represented
liek a face you didnt skin

dont worry though

beucase it occurs when verticies are not welded either

I got this error too, in 3dsmax. It was after I'd collapsed some UVmap's, I think.

Reset xform should take care of it...I seem to remember that worked for me, but I can't exactly be sure...it was late on a night with too many compilation errors to begin with ;)

hmm...for some odd reason it works anyway. Hmm...^_^

The only way I've been able to fix it is to remap the entire object...
