Q3 Models --> JK2???

How do you convert existing Q3 models to be compatible with JK2? Any help is appreciated.

Same way an anybody else. But instead of making the model you have to import it. And you also need to get a version of the md3 that is in a static 'ready to rig' position. Good luck.
