Wasn't it originaly popular belief that the mandalorians were going to be in some way involved in the prequels? Could there still be room for this in episode 3? Frankly I doubt it. There are already so many things going on. I'm just wondering if maybe they will be involved in the clone wars, and perhaps mentioned briefly. Personaly, I hope so. I think it would be kinda cool to learn more about the mysterious mandalorians. (It would also be kinda cool to see a whole bunch of Boba Fetts going at it!

well according to starwars.com,

Though the Mandalorian supercommandos were wiped out by the Jedi Knights, Jango was one of the few left to still wear the armor.

so the Mandalorians were wiped out before ep I, it's a shame i would love to see that.

It would have been great to see the Mandalorian Wars but as SivyB said. They were wiped out by the Jedi Knights and Jango Fett was the only one left. Well... So we've been told. I hope there are more than Jango as I really love the armor and it would be interesting to see more Mandalorians.

Also where does Boba get his armor from? In AOTC one of the scenes not put in is where Boba blasts away with his fathers helmet and jetpack but not any other armor, so he must get it somewhere.

Another interesting thing to see would of been the Sith Wars, but that happened like 5000 years before TPM.

yeah, i know it'll never happen, but if ANOTHER 3 movies were made i'd rather they went back even further in history. rather than a 7,8,9 it could be...i dunno. :D :p

Your all wrong, I read in a Starwars insider that Jango's parents where killed, he then was adopted by the Mandalorians. I wish Lucus would delve deaper into the bad guys, we really know nothing about the Mandalorians or the Sith for that matter, I would really like to see more indepth stuff about the Sith EP3

The Mandalorians were beaten thousands of years before EP1 and their leaders name was Mandalore. During the Sith war, In the Empress Teta system the Sith fleet was confronted by Mandalore and his warriors. They battle was a standoff.

The outcome was settled by a one-on-one between Ulic Qel Droma and Mandalore, with the vanquished pledging his allegiance to the victor. On the open plains of Harkul, Ulic defeated Mandalore and added the great Mandalorian warriors to the already vast Sith military.

NO! when Jango was on bobas age (in ep.2) he lived on a farm with his family, not long away the Death Watch (evil mandalorians) & the mandalorians fightning, the mandalorians came to the farm where Jango lived Jangos dad gave Jaster Mereel (leader of the mandalorians) some food or something, but Jango where out in the field & when he came back he was captured by the death watch, but his dad refused to say anything about the mandalorians, so he got killed Jango ran out in the field & met the mandalorians, the death watch set the field on fire, but jango showed the mandalorians a way out... the death watch tought the Mandalorians was dead.... they went to the nearest village & captured it... when they got ambushed by the mandalorians... the mandalorians won & thats how Jango became a mandalorian...

sooner they was gonna ataack some weird beast & they got ambushed by the death watch, Jaster got killed becouse of Montross (second leader) that leaved him on the battlefield alont to die... Jango saw this & said it to the mandalorians, Montross leaved from the planet & was never seen again... THATS HOW JASTER DIED!

after that Jango became a leader for the mandalorians, the death watch was still alive & they said to the Jedi that the mandalorians had murdered & killed inesent ppl. the Jedi come to the mandalorian camp, (there wasnt many mandalorians left...) they opened fire & got killed by a HUGE group of jedis... lead by Dooku... Jango was the only one left... THATS 10 years before the battle of geonossis....!!!!!!

& thats the truth... :)
