can someone help me with target_speaker? i add the speaker and im trying to play music.wav file from it!!, for the key i put "noise" for value i put "sound\musicname.wav" but in the game i dont hear anything!!! do i have to set a volume key?? someone plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to trigger it as far as i can remember. Killing a npc, or entering a certain area, etc.

i have tryed to make a func_button and target it torward the target_speaker but no luck!! is there a way to make it where the music play when a button is pushed?

im completely stuck on this whole target_speaker crap!! its not working with anything i try, what to i need to trigger it? why cant i hear sound without a trigger? Can anyone give me any advise on target_speaker, im confused on this whole process, help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you don't need to trigger a target_speaker...make sure you've got the right path and if you want it to be on constantly, clicked "looped-on".

tnx for the help guys!!! i was trying to add a wav file that wasnt a default wav, and my problem was that it wasnt in my base!!!!thnx a bunch for the advise
