I Know that my DC-15 rifle is not finished but I did the battle droid blaster anyway. The poly count is almost 3000 but don't worry I'll low it down. Tell me what you think about it and tell me if there is something that is missing or that I should change.

Just a little update I've just low down the poly count and now it's 1381. There is no big chage but here's a pic.
P.S. I hope that I'll find out how to do the textures soon.

i cant get the angelfire link to work, ive tried the same way you do it with the geocites ones to veiw them but this one i hate. Any hints:confused:

Can't see the image, but I would like too! heh..
Anyway, you're going to have to drive that puppy down to about 800 polys... leave yourself about 200 for extra UVs. It won't load in-game unless it's under 1000 verts/UVs, and there are always UVs >= verts. Soo... basically as long as you keep it under 1000 UVs, you're set. Now fix the image links! :p

First of all I'm sorry for answering earlier but I had big problems with my computer but now it's fix. For those who could not see the pictures I think that now it's ok. And about the poly count personaly I think that it's good like it is because I saw guns smaler then my with a lot more polys and they can be use in the game.

I think it looks great, and I don't think you'll have to lower the poly count much more if at all.
I can't wait to fight battle droids with there true weapon.
Can't seem to get the pic to show up, even when I go there from within angelfire...maybe set up a html page with it?
Anyway, just a quick Q in between; which battle droid (there's 3 or four out there, I believe) do you think is best, overall?

Question for you. Does your model replace the e-11 blaster? Is it possible to have this model replace some other gun, like the Shotgun like crowd control weapon ( name?) or the Repeater?
I need the e-11 blaster in my mini-mod and would also like this weapon for the Rodians to use.

You can replace any weapon in game, same as any model. You just have to set up the file hierarchy correctly to do so.
If you are going to replace what the rodians use, remember they use the sniper rifle, so dont forget to include a semi transparent crosshair in your weaopns file, otherwise you will render the sniper rifle unusable.

I haven't released it, yet because I was hoping to keep it exclusive to my Mod/Level series...
...but since it won't be released for awhile, now - I will take requests for mods, and such...
