I need help!!! Camera Portal HELL

I have followed all the camera portal tutorials i can find but I am having absolutely no luck. I follow all the directions the best i can since they are all for quake 3 and the shaders and what not are different. But no matter what i do I simply can not get the camera portal effect working and i need it for a KEY feature in my Temple of the Phantom Knights map (it will be the official clan map) Does anyone know how to make camera portals in JEDI OUTCAST? and get them to work?

got the same thing here; i wasn't able to get the camera view to show up on a portal surface. It can be scripted in single player but the view of the player changes to the view of the camera - no portal surface.

i hope someone knows how to get it to work; and replys to this; i followed the tuts as well and tried all the portal surfaces that came with the game but no go.
anyone????
